GELink PD, provides users with the ability to
connect all types of pilot devices such as push
buttons, selector switches, pilot lights, and even
mini contactors to a real time control network.
GELink PD is a sixteen-input, eight-output remote
I/O module that links pilot devices to the Smart
Distributed System bus. The status and control
terminals of each pilot device are wired to the
module allowing complete monitoring and control of
the devices via a host controller over the system
network.
Featuring eight outputs, GELink PD will drive 1 amp
120 VAC loads which cover a wide range of
applications from simple pilot lights to contactor coil
loads. Its built-in display allows users to view the
status of inputs and outputs, monitor
communications on the bus and identify failure
modes. Customized configurations of the device to
suit individual applications may be made either
directly through the system network or locally by
use of the GELink configurator software.
